These terms apply to bookings made through Action Entertainment Pty Ltd (ABN 61 625 147 515).
All bookings are subject to written confirmation. An enquiry or verbal agreement does not hold a date; a date is confirmed once we've issued a booking confirmation and any required deposit has been received.
Deposit and cancellation terms are set out in each booking confirmation and vary by act and event. December and peak-season dates typically require a deposit to hold.
Performers are engaged acts of Action Entertainment Pty Ltd. We remain your point of contact before, during and after the event.
Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
